Asia General Management Program

The USILD China General Management Program is an unparalleled professional development experience for Chinese entrepreneurs and executives to advance their leadership skills and enhance their business acumen. The program, offered in partnership with USILD and the School of Management in China, is a multi-disciplinary educational immersion for experienced executives who desire a comprehensive business curriculum that provides both academic rigor and practical business insight.

Taught by the same faculty who teach in USILD’s top-ranked MBA program, participants will be exposed to new ways of thinking about their businesses that will set them up for future success.

Course Core Requirements

The USILD-China General Management Program is designed for successful Chinese entrepreneurs and executives to accelerate their management potential. The curriculum covers the following business areas:

  • Finance & Wealth Management

  • Leadership

  • Strategy & Innovation

The program consists of six open-enrollment programs. Participants will attend programs at USILD Campus, Maryland, and Beijing. There will also be additional sessions led by Chinese School of Management in between the USILD sessions. Successful program participants will complete the program within a two year time frame.

The curriculum for the program has been selected specifically for USILD-Chenese General Management Program from existing USILD programs.
